  Horrible experience. Horrible building, horrible management. Heating in your unit will suck. The fire alarm will wake you up at 3 AM multiple times in a month. The gym sucks, the social room sucks, the laundry room sucks. There is no real "concierge" don't fall for it. It's just some fat guy who spends 5 mins a day at the desk. There is no one there 99% of the time. "Routine" maintenance is done 2-3 times a month with water shut offs.
  
  Elevators are by far the worst of any I have ever been in. ( I have lived in bad buildings before but this takes the cake)
  
  Absurd amount of drugs and marijuana in the building. Underground parking lot is disgusting. Do not park your car there if it is worth over $2000.
  
  Overall, for over 1100 a month, this is the biggest rip off you'll get.
