  We have just moved in to our apartment and are very impressed at the space and layout of the apartment, lovely location and easy access to everything.   Paper thin walls. I can hear my neighbours phones vibrating. As I'm on the toilet I can hear my neighbour talking so I'm sure they can hear whenever I flush. The other neighbours dog barks and they play awful music. The neighbours below me also play loud annoying music, it vibrates my floor. They had a fight about laundry and I heard them clear as day. Neighbours above me I can hear exactly where they are in their apartment by them stomping everywhere. If they turn their tap on above me it sounds like a waterfall going through my apartment. I have to keep a fan on the entire night to drown everything out or else I get awoken. No balcony, outdated appliances, no dishwasher, small kitchen. No window in the bathroom, there's a weird smell coming from underneath the sink. Someone before me has sawed a square hole in the wall behind the bathtub. No towel rack, there used to be one. There hasn't been any hot water on three occasions. No airflow, it gets trapped in the hallway, I have to keep a fan on to allow the air to flow. My electricity bill is obviously not fun. The electrical is setup weird; one circuit has the living room and hallway and bathroom on one fuse, I've blown a fuse when I tried to use my hairdryer. My mental state is suffering while I'm here, I feel better when I leave the apartment. CLV group has this weird system where you have to let them know before the first of the month or else they add an additional 30 days onto your prison term no matter what day it is. Also they screwed up. I told them I was moving out and they said I just needed to stay until Nov 30th. I told my new landlord I'm moving in in Dec. CLV group just got back to me saying they made a mistake and I have to stay till Dec31....I am furious. Oh also they don't warn you if you have yet to pay for the next month, I thought I paid so I forgot about it one time and they just send you a 'second notice' eviction letter. Talk about a heart attack. They didn't even send me a first notice. They don't treat you like a person.
