  I have frequented this fabricland many times as it is the closest location to where I live. Things at this fabric land tend to be a bit more expensive, but that for me was the cost of convenience.
  
  The staff here are split 50/50. While many are very pleasant and helpful, many are nasty and down right mean. I have put up with these nasty staffers, again because of the convenience.
  
  Today I brought in a friend who is new to sewing and feeling a little out of her element, and the staff member "helping" was so nasty with my friend that my friend was brought to tears. This type of service is unspeakable and that type of behaviour in general is not necessary.
  
  I will never be buying anything from this location again, looks like I'll be making the trip out to ottawa street for better prices and better service.
