  I am currently renting an apartment at 187 park st @ hamilton homestead property. For the past three months we are struggling with mice in our apartment, I catched 12 mice & there are still more! I notified the building manager 5 times & they essentially did nothing to help us get rid of the mice. Guys just avoid renting with them!

  it was real good when we first moved in, always monthly check ins and inspections then all the sudden after a couple of landlords it seems like that stopped. there is also pigs that live in the building apparently, always spitting, blowing snot out there nose in the elevators etc... feel bad for whoever cleans the place. can't imagine what their place looks like.
  
  the view is nice though.
